Official volunteer-hours verification
Verify a volunteer-hours record.
Enter the Document ID or public code printed on the record, plus the volunteer’s last name. VMS will check the controlled document and show its current status.
For sealed documents, VMS verifies the immutable snapshot stored when the record was issued.
It does not rebuild the document from current attendance data.
What this verifies
A direct check against the official record.
VMS confirms the document identity, the volunteer challenge, and the stored document status.
01
Document identity
The Document ID or public code must match a stored Newport Ski Swap volunteer-hours record.
02
Volunteer identity at issue
For sealed records, the last name is checked against the volunteer identity frozen into the issued snapshot.
03
Snapshot integrity and status
VMS checks the frozen payload fingerprint and returns the current lifecycle status: Issued, Verified, or Void.
Need to verify another record?
Use the printed Document ID or public code and the volunteer’s last name.
